Q1: What payment methods does midclothes accept?
We currently accept secure payments through PayPal and Stripe. You can pay with your PayPal balance or link your debit/credit card. All transactions are processed with SSL encryption for a safe checkout experience.
Q2: When is my card charged?
Your card or PayPal account is charged immediately once you confirm your order. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will receive a notification.

Shipping & Delivery
Q4: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard delivery typically takes 6–10 business days after your order is dispatched.
Q5: How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $199. For orders under $199, a flat rate of $7.99 applies. There are no hidden handling or service fees.
Q6: Does midclothes ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
Q7: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
Q8: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You may return clothing within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and has tags attached. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
Q9: How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–3 extra days for the funds to appear.
Q10: Are there items I cannot return?
Yes. Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Q11: Who pays for return shipping?
If you return an item due to a change of mind, wrong size, or style preference, the customer covers the return shipping fee. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, midclothes covers all shipping costs.

No. We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, or USPS) to complete your orders and improve your shopping experience.
Q13: Can I unsubscribe from promotional emails?
Yes. Each email includes an unsubscribe link that lets you stop receiving promotions at any time. You’ll still receive essential emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
