Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 6:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

We work hard to prepare and pack every dress, blouse, and fashion piece with care to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery time is typically 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and seasonal demand (for example, holidays may lead to slightly longer transit times).

  • You will always receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple and affordable shipping options:

  • Orders over $199 – Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $199 – Flat $7.99 shipping fee

We currently use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and nationwide delivery.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

No hidden handling charges or additional service fees will ever be applied.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight forwarding services.

  • Orders with invalid or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

Sales Tax

All orders placed on midclothes.com are tax-free. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay (plus shipping if applicable).

Address Accuracy and Changes

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.

  • If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Delivery Problems

We understand that delivery issues can happen. If you experience a delivery problem (package marked delivered but not received, delivered to the wrong address, or delayed significantly), please contact USPS first with your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we will work with you to investigate.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with USPS and send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • midclothes is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Handling Charges

We do not apply any hidden handling fees. All costs related to packaging, handling, and preparing your order are included in the flat shipping fee or free shipping threshold.

Issue Resolution Time

Most shipping-related issues (damaged, delayed, or missing packages) are typically resolved within 5 to 7 business days once reported to our support team.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide the option of a refund, store credit, or exchange for another item.

  • In the rare case of shipping delays beyond the estimated timeframe, we will update you by email with the new delivery estimate.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item after delivery, please review our Refund and Returns Policy for full instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
