Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange most items purchased from midclothes within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

Fabrics should not show signs of wear, such as makeup, perfume, deodorant, or smoke odors.

Packaging and accessories should be intact.
Example: If you purchase a maxi dress, try it on at home, and realize the fit isn’t right, you can send it back as long as it still has the tags attached and hasn’t been worn outside.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Pack the item securely in protective packaging and send it using any shipping carrier of your choice.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Conditions for Return
To keep the process fair for all customers, returned items must meet these conditions:

The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

The item must arrive back to us in the same condition it was delivered.

Products showing clear signs of wear, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning because you changed your mind, chose the wrong size, or did not like the style, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, midclothes will cover all return shipping costs.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the product within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee
midclothes does not charge any restocking fees. You will receive the full refund amount for the product (minus shipping if applicable).
